We are pleased to announce the establishment of a Bilateral Recognition Agreement with the Mauritanian Authority for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (AMAQ-ES). This collaboration signifies a commitment to uphold and enhance the quality standards in higher education within Mauritania. As a state agency responsible for quality assurance, AMAQ-ES plays a pivotal role in ensuring excellence, and our partnership aims to foster mutual recognition and collaboration for the advancement of higher education quality in the region.

1.1. Bilateral Recognition Agreement with ANQAHE in Egypt:
The European Council of Leading Business Schools (ECLBS) has taken a major step in advancing the quality of higher education across the Arab world by signing a Bilateral Recognition Agreement with the Arab Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ANQAHE). ANQAHE is a key regional body committed to strengthening quality assurance frameworks across Arab countries. It operates under the joint efforts of ministries of higher education from across the Arab region, serving as a unifying platform for policy alignment, quality benchmarks, and institutional collaboration. With its influential role in shaping education standards in the Arab world, ANQAHE plays a vital role in promoting academic excellence, transparency, and cross-border recognition of qualifications. Through this agreement, ECLBS reinforces its commitment to regional integration, aligning its quality assurance practices with those recognized by Arab educational authorities. This collaboration not only enhances mutual trust but also opens doors for member institutions of both networks to engage in joint initiatives, dual programs, and the recognition of academic credentials. By partnering with ANQAHE, ECLBS demonstrates its strategic focus on international quality standards and its dedication to fostering meaningful academic cooperation between Europe and the Arab world.
Please note that we have signed over 50 agreements with partners worldwide. As a non-profit organization with a small team, it is challenging for us to keep all pages updated continuously.
