Dalības maksa ECLBS biedriem ir 100 € (dienā), savukārt tiem, kas nav ECLBS biedri, jāmaksā 300 € (dienā).

Pēc reģistrācijas dalībnieki, kas nav ECLBS biedri, saņems rēķinu. Šis rēķins jāapmaksā 10 dienu laikā, bet noteikti ne vēlāk kā 7 dienas pirms konferences sākuma.
