ECLBS has a board of trustees (from Latvia, Malta, Switzerland, Moldova, Dubai(UAE), Kosovo, and Ukraine) with their own terms of reference, representing state and private organizations.

In Partnership with Malta Further and Higher Education Authority MFHEA & Kosovo Accreditation Agency KAA and many other state and private higher education quality assurance bodies and organizations all over the world.

INQAAHE member: the International Network For Quality Assurance Agencies In Higher Education in Europe, is an international quality assurance body.

CHEA CIQG member: the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) Quality International Group (CIQG) in the USA, a network of quality assurance professionals from across the world.
